Provided by YP.comI took my car here a couple of months back to fix my hub assembly on it. I was sketchy at first since I had never been there before, but I had a friend refer me here. I had called previously to ask if they were going to charge me to check to see what was wrong with it. They told me no, just go ahead and bring it in and we won't charge you. So I went in on a saturday, and of course its first come first serve, I waited there four about four hours (thats including repairs). They have very reasonabe prices. I had previously taken my car somewhere and they charged me $90 for labor, and that because I took my own part in. I decided to buy one from auto, axel and air. So all together it came out to 260 and with a warranty. They even checked out my axel to make sure there were no cracks to. They did an awesome job.

Provided by YP.comAuto Air And Axle in San Antonio is professional, helpful, and have excellent service. My repairs have never taken more than a couple of days.
I brought in my vehicle a second time to them with brake problems and air conditioning cooling issues that had been worked on last year, but were no longer under their 1 year warranty. Fortunately for me, they went the extra mile, and covered it under warranty even though it was two months past. They found the issues and repaired them for a nominal fee.
They made me feel like I was a valued customer, and went that extra bit out of their way to keep me happy. I will definitely be coming back in the future, I feel like this is one shop that deserves my continued business.
Special thanks to Maria for helping us out, keeping us up to date, and staying late to wait for me to pick up my car!

Provided by YP.comExcellent Shop For A/C Repair. At the end of last summer the compressor went out on my 2000 Honda Civic. I sweated out the end of summer and some days this winter. As soon as I got my tax rebate check in I started calling around to get price quotes. Auto Air & Axle gave me a really good deal. Wouldn't you know it, as soon as I got the A/C fixed, the weather got cold again. But, I was very happy with the cost of the repair and the people at the sales counter.

Provided by YP.comI went to this shop thinking I needed both of my Honda's axles replaced, but, after they inspected my car they explained to me only one of my axles was bad. That saved me $99. I will definitely go back in the future.

Provided by YP.comI work at Fort Sam Houston and drive by this shop every day. I had a bad shimmy in my steering wheel every time I applied the brakes. They explained to me I had "warped" brake rotors. They did a front brake repair and the shimmy is gone. They also gave me a ride to Fort Sam and back while they did the repair.

Provided by YP.comMy 2001 Yukon developed a roaring noise and I figured it was going to cost me a bundle. It turned out to be some kind of bearing in the wheel and the folks at Auto Air and Axle fixed it for a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone who wants good service and a good price like I got.

Provided by YP.comThey installed an axle on my '02 Nissan Maxima for only $99.00. They have a flat rate of $99 to install any CV Axle. The people were nice and there were no added charges. What more could I ask for?
