I have had numerous problems with this park. The biggest problem that I had is that if you have a complaint; no one will care. I had a minor issue with my mail service; it was getting rejected for the month and a half that I have been here. I had gone to the office to discuss my assumptions on a few different occasions to which I was told that everything was fine. Finally, I received a letter marked RTS (return to sender); this caused a lot of suspicion. When I went to the office Norma informed me if I was not happy I could go get a PO Box. I was not happy with paying $560.00 a month and having to pay even more because they cannot get organized. When I spoke to Kathy about the matter she was quick to tell me that I could take my business elsewhere if I was not happy. I wanted to inform upper management of how this company is run; this is where the real fun starts. I called Sun RV to find out that Jason Lewis was the Regional Vice President. I left him a message on day one. Day two left him another message. After about 24 hours of day ones message I called back to find out who was Jason Lewis' supervisor which was Tom...... After 24 hours of his message without a call back I went in search of some way to get a response. I later was handed Jason Lewis' cell phone number (713) 614-0537 from Kathy at the RV Park. Just like the rest of the park he did not have any business sense. All the people in management do not belong in management and do not care about their customers.

This place has a parking lot by the pool, no one is here to enforce speed limits, there are cats that roam free around the park and will get into your vehicles or RV if they can, they do not know who is in the park and who is not, zero organization as far as slots and which are pull through and which are not, non-residence come to the swimming pool, and if there is a complaint; no one will care (you will get an "I am sorry"). There is a reason this place has an "F" with the better business bureau; research before staying here.

In the two weeks since I have lived here I have been harassed multiple times. I was harassed for hanging my swimsuits on the bike rack to dry over night, I was harassed for going 10 miles an hour instead of 5, I was harassed for letting my kids ride their bikes a few trailers up to visit friends. They ignore the rules for others. I've seen multiple outdoor refrigerators and clotheslines and even other drying swimsuits *gasp* but none is harassed like me and my family. This place is NOT kid friendly. I would give it less than one star if I could.

I was there last summer and we had a very pleasant stay...clean and near many things...You would never know you were near the highway if you didn't know it...pool area is really nice...bathrooms really clean too...

No respect. I don't understand why anyone would call this a resort. It's off the highway for crying out loud. Nothing scenic about it. I'd rather pull off the side of the road and camp because it's basically the same thing. This place could improve by closing.
