I ONLY moved here because I needed to be in this area, cheap rent, available for first time renters, and I only had about a week to find a place. This is my second year here and the only reason why I did not move out was because I worked so much that I didn't have time to scout out any other places.



The AC units are always breaking! The gates never work, so they're just left open the majority of the time. Dogs bark all the time and there's so much poop everywhere. The pools are absolutely disgusting! I have never seen clean water in the hot tub or even bug free clear/blue water, it's always black and green. The water is always being turned off to "fix" problems, so obviously it's never fixed correctly and that's the exact same case with any other maintenance problems. There are homeless people digging in the trash cans all the time, there's always HEB carts around, cats...teenagers or drug addicts are breaking into the AC units to get high off of the fumes. I would not doubt if this apartment complex ends up on the news eventually and it's only going to get worse. The pictures look so much better than it actually is here, the apartments are so dark, and it's noisy most evenings and always on the weekends. My husband's phone was stolen from his car too!!
