Provided by YPmobileNot only has my new car has a myriad of problems but every time I take it to the service center the problems get worse - followed by phone calls telling me it's all fixed only to find out they didn't even begin to work on the problem I brought it in for.
The problems I've had with this one dealership have been so numerous and the quality of their work so poor it's almost enough to make me not want another bmw.

Provided by YPmobileI requested my pads changed and asked for a loner. I was told someone would call me back to confirm. It never happened. The day of appt. I called and was given the run around, left on hold. I called 3 times. It's as if they don't want my business. So, I'll go elsewhere. Very bad service.

Provided by YP.comWe had been with another luxury car company for six years and decided to switch to BMW. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Our sales agent, Wayne St Laurent has given us excellent service. He was there (on his day off) when we had our first visit for service, making sure that all was handled perfectly, which it was. What a refreshing experience to be treated as a valued customer. I guess customer service is not a thing of the past in San Antonio.

Provided by YP.comBuyer beware! Not because BMW's aren't terrific cars..I have had several. But, if you live in San Antonio, and require service, you will quickly live to regret your purchase. The BMW San Antonio Service Department is inefficient, the staff intolerable. Zoo animals could do a better job! Be prepared for MAJOR frustrations if you go. Rhine West service on Broadway, saved me.

Provided by YP.comI have been using the San Antonio BMW dealer for seven years. I have been patient through all of the numerous service managers and advisors. They are HORRIBLE. Not only is the customer service bad but I sometimes wonder about the repairs. The sales team is not much better. I wanted to buy a specific model and they stated that was a difficult car to find. They looked and said they couldn't find any. I found 24 in the U.S. Needless to say I purchased my car from a dealer in Seattle and the SA guys lost a commission. Rhine West is another BMW repair shop I would reccomend.
