I do mechanic work myself so naturally I’m very picky about who works on my cars. Soon after moving I was trying out several mechanics in the area, and just called them out of the blue to do a job I wasn’t keen on doing myself. Well I got the car back and parked it in the driveway. The next day it wouldn’t start. So I called Jr. and he said he would come pick it up and see what’s wrong. He called me an hour later and told me his mechanic messed up ! He would fix it and also refund me 100 dollars off the bill of 300 for the hassle of not being able to go to work that day !!! Amazing customer service !!!!
