Our Dad has stayed in Respite Care (short term assisted living) twice now and we could not be more pleased with his care. His first stay was 3 weeks; his current stay is thus far 2 weeks. Boyd and ALL of his staff are professional, respectful, very kind & caring, and loving too, not just to our Dad, but to our entire family as well. Our Mom has memory issues and each time she visits for the afternoon, she is well taken care of too. Our Dad has balance issues and has fallen several times. In the past 10 months since he got sick, he has fallen about fifty times. The fall protocols Boyd and his staff have in place leave absolutely no doubt that our Dad is responded to in a timely manner with the utmost concern for his wellbeing. Our Dad's overall state of being actually improves during his stays. Boyd and his staff also do an outstanding job of keeping us well informed, and accommodating our requests. We can't thank Boyd and EVERYONE ON STAFF enough for the outstanding service they have provided to our family. We highly recommend Emeritus at Lincoln Heights.
