I came in to get a trim. I washed my hair prior to arrival and it was air dried. I have really fine hair so the stylist didnt straighten or even wet my hair before she trimmed it. When i got home and stregthened my hair, it looked noticeably uneven! I had to trim my hair by myself to make it look decent. Wasted my money!

This is the worst experience I've ever had in a salon. I had taken in pictures of the type of hairstyle I wanted, I took the time to explain what I wanted, and how I was accustomed to styling my hair. The haircut that I got was totally off. I think I could've done a better job if I would've cut it myself at home. The back part of my hair was two inches shorter than it should've been. The front didn't blend in with the back. It was a disaster!!! I can't stress how off this cut was, not just inaccurate, but the quality of the cut was beauty school beginner. What made the situation even worse was the service that I received. I can understand that mistakes are made sometimes. I would much prefer that a stylist be honest with their mistakes rather than respond with rudeness and defensiveness and insisting "this is what I asked for". The stylist then immediately said I didn't have to pay for it, but she also didn't apologize. The second stylist who was supposed to "fix" my haircut just argued with me that this is what I had asked for. She didn't offer any solution or apology. She didn't help AT ALL. Basically, I'm sitting there trying to get someone to help me with this mess of a haircut on my head. I was being as nice as possible and all I got was attitude in return. Finally, I gave up, said I was leaving and that I was not paying for this haircut. The stylist then followed me out of the store and said that I had to pay or that she would call the police. I was amazed. Was this really happening? I have my one year old with me and my mother and I'm being harassed. I go back into the shop and to proceed with calling the police and I would be happy to file a report. At that point, they backtrack and said we don't need the money anyway. I had to go to another salon. I explained to them exactly the same way and showed them the cut that I received and several stylists there agreed that I absolutely did not get what I asked for. Not only that, the cut that I did get was executed extremely poorly. I want to tell everybody about my experience to spare them what I went through today. DO NOT GO HERE!
