I have lived here for about 4 years now. Anytime I have had a request, maintenance has been prompt and efficient. The staff is great and always ready to help. HUGE plus that this place is super pet friendly, they even keep dog treats in the office! Close to everything! No intentions of moving anytime soon!

The worst apartment experience I have ever had. I have lived here 2 months and have endured multiple maintenance issues. Upon move in, the kids bedroom has a busted wall outlet with exposed metal prongs. How did that even pass inspection? The upstairs floor sags terribly with loose floorboards. They keep saying they will have it looked at with no luck yet. Our roof has had a leak for over a month now. Upon first reporting the leak, they patched the ceiling without stopping the leak...brilliant! Many many more issues, and not about room to type here. The apartment manager wants to trivialize all of it and dance around solutions or offering any meaningful concessions. I definitely would recommend looking elsewhere. I am counting the days until my lease is up.

I was only at Canyon Oaks for a year and that was the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. Not only was my roof VERY leaky, they only fixed it after the 5th time. The excuse was they have too many young workers that are inexperienced. The office people are rude and act like they are better then you. Do not believe the leasing agent Brittany she acts nice and will screw you the same. They told me I left in good standing and told my new apartments something different. They overcharged when I moved out charging everything from $500 new carpet to $15 to replace light bulbs, really light bulbs. I wouldn't wish these apartments on my worst enemy and btw be prepared when you leave. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR PLACE AND GET PROOF!!! They will screw you over like they did me. They moved someone in the next day yet 15 days later I was charged for a good number of things I would like to dispute. The parking is bad and their is a very high theft rate at Canyon Oaks that they blame on the apartments next door. The gym equipment is very old and I'm pretty sure most of the apartments need extensive remodeling of the interior structures as well as the appliances and roofs.

I LOVE ALL THE ROOMS & OTHER THINGS THAT THE APARTMENT HAD IN IT. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, I COULDN'T HEAR WHAT LISA WAS SAYING ABOUT THE APARTMENT.
