The dentist failed to explain the procedure she recommeded would take part in two increments. Dentists should not assume that patients know that something may need to go off to the lab. Prices, are/were not posted and she proceeded to squeeze in a fee at the very end without explaining this, for an item going to the lab.



She was very rough and bruised my gums. After work was done I went to another dentists to get a second opionion of the work I had done and she indicated how bruised my gums were. This was evident through the pain I experienced up until four days afterward.



Dentistry should not be an assembly line. Patients pay astronomical amounts for work done to there teeth. Dentists should be more personalable, not rushing patients through! And, that is exactly what I observed



I had also scheduled another appointment for a family member who traveled four hours to the appointment. When they arrived to be informed that there insurance coverage was not updated and couldn't be serviced. Instead offered an out of pocket cleaning for $125. The inconvinence commute could have prevented with a simple phone call. They called to confirm there bussiness, and could have easily informed the patient then, but instead offered and out of pocket to make additional money. This certainly not a personal, patient gaining strategies.



I certainly would not recommend nor return myself to this office.
