As of November 28, 2013 there is a breakout of scabies affecting patients, family members as well as the medical staff. This is on the 400 hall where all the ventilators are. The administrator, DON and office people are in no hurry to provide everyone with medication for this, nor have they even bothered to ask who is affected, They are obviously not affected, meanwhile we are suffering with this itching. CNA's are seen wearing used gloves outside the room and going and opening cabinets, and doing other things. They leave the rooms without washing their hands after working with soiled patients. There are times where you can't find one CNA since they are both gone from the floor and appear flustered and in bad moods. Housekeeping for this hall is almost non-existent as the room and bathrooms are pretty nasty.
