Frank gave me a contract that stated he would finish rehabbing my house in 4 weeks . We are now on month 4 , and we are stuck in the hard money loan . Frank has continuously made excuses , not answered his phone , disappears. He has been caught on numerous occasions smoking pot on the jobs site ! He is has been nothing but a deceiver to us . We have given him all his money but 5% of the remaining balance . Even offered him extra if he would just finish the job like a professional company . We have given him every opportunity to have some integrity and complete the job. Time and time again he has gone back on his word . He can not manage money or be trusted .

I have been wanting to redo my bathroom for so long! I have been shopping around and pricing for months...I ran across Castilla's and got him to come out and bid on my project the same day! It was after 6 and he was not rushing me and answered all of my questions and GOT THE JOB DONE!

I am so pleased with Frank's work and his honesty!
