DON'T EVER USE THIS PLACE!!! I placed an order with the owner of this bakery for my daughter's classroom winter party. I ordered oversized sugar cookies and frosting, explaning to them that the children would be decorating the cookies themselves. When I placed the order with the gentleman, we discussed how I wanted the frosting colored, but not too dark as I didn't want it to be too staining. When I went to pick them up, the gentleman said, "Oh, by the way, I didn't make the frosting. I realized that my frosting is more like a glaze. I could try to make some frosting for you right now, but I'm not sure how it would turn out." I asked him, "Considering I placed this order a week ago, why didn't you call me and advise me that you were not going to be able to fulfill the order I paid for and you agreed to make, especially knowing that this was for a childrens party?" He didn't respond, and honestly I was in shock at his caviler attitude. I told him, "Just give me the cookies and I will figure something out." This guy didn't even appologize nor did he offer me a partial refund considering this was paid for in advance! I have never dealt with such a poor business/customer service attitude in my life! Hopefully this place will go out of business soon so someone else who really cares about running a real business and cares about customers can take their place! This guy is an awful human being in addition to being a terrible businessman. The cookies we got in this whole mess weren't that great either!
