Well I was hesitant to stay here at first due to the color of the buildings and how small the property is but I took a chance and first off the property manager she is the nicest understanding manager I've ever encountered she does her damdest to make it pleasant here at the property for her tenants and when there are issues she is on top of the problem and takes care of it. The laundry room is up to date with newer washers and dryers and you can use a mobile app to start stop time and pay with. There's a soda machine on property which is nice. And they have security cameras around the property for sone security which is nice compared to parkside apartments there arnt homeless people or drug addicts walking around the property and it's a quiet complex mostly families and working folk or retired folk. They are very pet friendly the property is old so there's wear and tear on the buildings but they are up kept very well. I am so happy I moved from my last apartment over to here I have had only one maintenance issue and they came out the very next morning and fixed the issue. Overall great property manager great staff Great up keep pleasant environment and even though it's not such a great area and homeless shelter down the street no random people walking through or bothering you I feel so at home here from the first day I filled out an application this property manager should know what a great job she's doing her attitude is above and beyond definitely if you want to live downtown with reasonable rent pricing and quiet complex come to city gate
