I've had Clearwire services since 4/10 and have not been satisfied with the speeds - when I signed on, I paid $30 +tax for unlimited speeds - about a year later (I'm lazy) I called again & was told I had to upgrade to a $45 +tax plan with which I would get between 5- 8 mbps service - Using speedtest.com, I have only once seen a download speed of even close to a 5 - today I average Download speeds of .78 & Uploads of .11 - What is wrong with this picture - If I changed, would it get any better? BTW, after 4 calls, I finally was able to speak with an American!!!! Her I could understand!!
