from the moment i called the morning of check in i had nothing but problems. i called, they said come in anytime after 1. i show up at 2:20 and was told my room was not ready. no problem, we cal wait til 3 (original check in) they inform me at 2:58 they were JUST CLEANING MY ROOM, JUST NOW. FINALLY at 3:37 they are done with my room. we come up to a smoke factory. it was so bad i asked house keeping to come deodorizer my room, they also change the air filter AND bring a air purifier. STILL smelled bad. within 10 mins of being here someone knocks on my door (THAT HAS THE PRIVACY HANGER ON IT) and asks us if we will be saying another night or leaving. WTF? he said they just had not updated the information yet that he was sorry. you have got to be kidding me. for what i paid i expected to come right in and enjoy it from the moment, like every other time. Oh hell no, i have been here less than an hour and will never be back. for the remainder of our vacation we will go back to Marriott. this is uncalled for.
