I am a new person harassed, and looks like it's the same pattern. She never gave me her name, yelled at me, threatened, and I am seriously angry. I am not even sure their address and phone are correct, because I only have their PO BOX. BTW, they have a dangerous website, My antivirus software doesn't let me go there!

I can't get anyone to answer the phone.

My account is paid to the creditor but these dimwits keep reporting it as owed

your business conduct really is unprofessional. if you call my phone and I ask you who you are I expect a response. especially if you are a female calling for my fiance on my phone I feel I have every right to ask. besides you were the same woman harassed me on saturday for bill that I did not owe. by the way I am on disability so in fact you are harassing me. and since you are the supervisor I guess like you said I could not do anything about it, except maybe make everyone know how you are on the internet at least....lol you have a nice day too honey
