HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE NICE UNTIL AFTER SALE ! I HAVE HAD OVER 8 ACCOUNTS WITH THEM. THIS IS THE LAST STRAW, I HAD BOUGHT THE NEW LG HD 3D TV ON NOV.08, 2010 WITH BOSE SOROUND SYSTEM (2500.00). I BUY THE TV WAS OFFERD A GIFT CARD FOR 50 WENT BACK TO REDEEM, REGGIE, THE SALES AGENT ASK FOR MY ID TO COPY. I FORGET TO GET ID BACK, A WEEK LATER AFTER I WAS CARDED AT THE SPURS GAME, I CALL HIM BACK HE SAYS HE NEVER ASK FOR MY DRIVER’S LICENSE! AFTER WE ARGUE ABOUT HOW HE WOULD NEVER ASK ME FOR IT, AND I’M WRONG HE HANGS UP ON ME. I CALL AND ASK FOR HIS MANAGER RAY CASTILLO, SAYS HE WILL LOOK INTO IT, AND I’LL LET HIM KNOW I HAVE ALREADY BEEN A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT, HE NEVER CALLS ME BACK. I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE COMPANY CORPORATE WEB SITE, I CONFORMATION THEY RECEIVED EMAIL, NO ANSWER BACK. I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ON HOLD FOR 30MIN, SOMEONE ANSWERS AND HANGS UP. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CONN ’S AGAIN. I NOW PAY FOR LIFELOCK AND IDENTITY PROTECTION. REGGIE’S HAS MY DRIVER LICENSE AND ALL MY ACCOUNT INFO WITH SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I regret not researching the stores reviews. A cheap price doesnt mean you should buy from conns. Their customer service is horrible. They will be nice to you until you buy their product and then spend hundreds of dollars. I had a LG 50 inch for 22 days and the picture went out. I called the store and spoke with someone that said not to worry and they would replace it. Just to give him till the next morning. That was fine with me, but then the next morning came. The sales associate that gave me that info was no where to be found, they gave me the run around, saying that the person that I boughtthe TV from would call me back. He never called me back so I called again and they said he would call me back. Were still waiting till this day for that call back. I went into the store and the manager, she could care less, she just said I had to call the service dept. to have them look at my TWENTY TWO day old flat screen!! There return and exchange policies say one thing, but then you will find out they mean another. Their warranty is horrible, If you have a problem it can take up to two months for them to fix it. When you get your appliance or TV serviced, they dont ask you when is convinient for you. they tell you what day and cant even tell you what time of day the repair man will be there until that morning. Then they only give you a two hr window that the service man will be there in. The call center service center is even worse. They give out wrong information are rude and unhelpful. And if you have a issue and dont feel like dealing with you they will just transfer yu back into the call queue with out even telling you. This has been a nightmare for us, and we will NEVER buy from conns again and hope other wont either, to avoid this situation. The low price is not worth the stress you will go through if you need you product serviced. I had always bought from best buy, and now I will only shop there. If it was possible, I would give them NO stars

Manager made it right!

I recently purchased a TV from this Conns location. It was a reduced price Samsung model and was covered under a one year warrantee with the manufacture. Long story short the TV had a small issue. I notified Samsung who held the warrantee. They came and picked it up only to tell me a week later that they wouldn't fix it.



I then called Conns. I spoke with the store manager within 24 hrs who listen to my situation. He told me to bring the TV in and they would let me trade for the value of the TV. I just thought this review to be important because most reviews of Conns are bad, but I do have to say that my problem was resolved quickly and fairly, and they do deserve credit for doing so.



I'm giving them 4 stars due to the comparison of how Samsung handled themselves and how Conns did. The lesson here. DON'T BUY SAMSUNG, and avoid floor models, and Conns (at this location!) won't be a bad place to shop.

dont count on rebate

i purchased a washer and dryer that was to have 1 year of free laundry soap and dryer sheets free. My salesman Chris espinosa gave me an expired rebate form which was photocopied. I called the rebate company they wouldnt accept it but all along Chris is reassuring me I would get it. I didn't of course. I called the manager Bill Wood. which agreed with me and "oh how terrible I will get this fixed" I waited for a call back for 5 days. I got tired of waiting called back and he told me "ya i remember talking to you but I just didn't give you a call back." REALLY??? I am going through corporate to get what I was promised. I will never shop here again! I would not wish their type of service on my worst enemy. If you shop here dont expect to be taken care of after you have purchased your item. Bill is very rude and not helpful. I guess thats why he is only a manager at Conns.
