I will never order from this company again. I placed an order at 10:30 am to be delivered the same day to my daughter at her college in San Antonio.



At 4:10 p.m, still no delivery. I called the company so that if something was going wrong, it could be fixed in time. They could not tell me anything except that they'd be closed and out of the office. They said the driver was "probably in traffic." They couldn't check on the order in any way. They were no help whatsoever.



After 5 p.m., still no delivery. I called again. From the start, they refused to take my daughter's dorm number and only deliver to one location half the campus away from her dorm. That was fine during the day but now it was about to get dark.



But they still insisted that this delivery was considered "a residence" so a late delivery was okay, even though they were delivering it to an office which was by now closed.



They refused to contact the delivery driver. They say they have no way of knowing whether it was ever delivered or not. Amazing that they can't contact the driver by cell phone about a delivery item.



I will never again purchase from this company. What was to be a happy surprise has become infuriating. My daughter is still waiting for the delivery.



They do absolutely nothing to check on the status of your order.

Sent cookie boquets to doctor's offices. It was reported that they were beautiful and tasty. Prompt delivery, even in a "pinch" for time. Will definitely use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Cookie Bouquet was instrumental in my "saving face" with my niece for her birthday. A Work Project had precluded me from my usual fun shopping and shipping to Detroit in time for her birthday. Cookie Bouquet came to the rescue and assisted in delivering my niece's Birthday Bouquet to her in time for her birthday party the next day! Great selection and great service nationwide made the difference!
