Not as good as they were before



I was here in 2006 and the steaks were so tender you could have cut them with a spoon. I got back in 2012 and they now have new management. I got sirloins (as I did before) and they were huge, untrimmed and not very tender. I probably could have gotten better steaks at Walmart, Costco, HEB or anywhere else and saved a lot of money. On a positive note they gave me a free sample of their rub and it tasted awesome. I just wish I had a tender steak to rub it on. Back in 2006 the steaks compared easily to Ruth's Chris steakhouse. Not sure what happened but I'll be going elsewhere for my beef from now on.
