Not a good place to live. Mold in vents and air condition system. Office staff is ghetto as can be. All you get is attitude especially fron the property manager. Wish i never moved in.

This is true I just move in Dec. of 2008 My truck was stolen in Feb.2009 was found on elm st.

a few streets down from five palms. not to happy. just got me Truck back in May, another car was strip right infront of the office parking lot where i parked when I moved into the apts. Manger and Asst Manger didn't care and the ugly part is that they have always known of this car thifts going on. I ask for asst. to speak to the own, only after they would not asst. me for the unsafty of me and my son. keep getting the run around to get out of my contract. NO help from other of the managers. it was a useless battle. Single mom to dangrous for me and my son. we live at in front of the apts where the cars have been stiped down or taken from the parking lots. I work two jobs and my son is left a lone. I came out late. Our live's are to valuable. I had no choice but to break our contract in May. And now its on my credit report.



and yes mold and poor elect. and plumping were also apart of this unsafe stats.



So Please take it from me its not wroth living in these type of conditions......
