I called this company who was responsible for in properly enforcing parking. I asked to speak to a manager.After 30 minutes without a returned call, I called back, I spoke to the dispatcher about the return phone call from a manager, her unprofessional and rude response was “what do you want me to do? I gave them a message and I can’t make them call you!”She then informed me that the manager told her that they would not bring my vehicle back & that he wasn’t going to return my call. If I wanted to talk to a manager I would have to call the following day.I requested they return my vehicle since it was towed in error, they refused and told me it was illegal for them to return it. I contacted our Texas government and confirmed it is NOT illegal for a towing company to return a vehicle. This company is rude,management staff that refuses to speak to customers and lies about laws regarding the return of vehicles mistakenly towed and do not know the laws of the towing industry in Texas.
