Where to begin. First I have never had a issue having my rx filled anywhere else. I moved and this cvs is closer to home. So here is the problem. I suffer from chronic knee pain and get prescribed Narco for my pain. I had them fill my rx and when I home I counted and was missing 5.I Went to the pharmacy and they couldn't tell me what went wrong, but I could tell I was being looked at like a liar. Well they gave me my 5 pills. Now here we are about 2 weeks later again I call to have my rx filled. This time it was for a 90 count of xanex. Again I go home and I'm missing 30 pills!!!!!

I called and basically they were again trying to make it seem like I just wanted a extra pills. They told me I would have to talk to the pharmacy manager Lori. So the next day I went to speak to her she at first said there was nothing she could do be "because they always double" again was being looked as a liar. I told her there are several things she can do review the video tape count the inventory. How do just say Im sorry I can't do anything about it. Well she stated she would call me well she didnt I had to call her. She told me she reviewed the tape and nothing was found wrong. Again making it seems like Im lying about this. Im going to make a complaint about this with the State Board of professionals the corporate office and make a police report. It is unfair to me that at the end im the one who suffers cause im with out my medication. We can look at it 2 ways it was a honest mistake or it was theft. I will not let this go again this is the 2nd time and they both are controlled substance medication.

The pharmacist was extremely rude! This pharmacy continuously messes up on my prescription or doesn't have them ready when they say they will. When I went in today to pick up the prescription I dropped off yesterday it was not ready... I said that I would wait for them to get it ready since it was supposed to be ready this morning... the pharmacy intern told me no they could not have it ready and so I asked for my prescription back so that I could take it somewhere else. The pharmacist looked right at me and rolled her eyes telling me I would be waiting a while if I wanted it back... I said that was fine and waited. They made me wait until close to give it to me when all they had to do was grab it out of a file. This pharmacy is very convenient for me as I live right around the corner... but I have given them numerous chances and always leave there upset or disappointed... I will never be returning to this pharmacy!
