Provided by YP.comProperty Management (Leslye Baumann) is nonexistent and nonresponsive, but will gladly take your money! They had no intention of returning our security deposit and have charged bogus maintenance fees to avoid doing so. The property was thoroughly cleaned inside and out as requested, to include professional carpet cleaning, as well as the lawn being mowed and shrubs trimmed. Fees for weed treatment for a lawn that never existed, cleaning the interior of the home, when floors were already swept and mopped, windows/ledges/blinds cleaned, countertops, tubs, sinks, and mirrors were all cleaned prior to vacating property. It wasn’t long after submitting a maintenance requests did I understand what type of company I was dealing with. They couldn’t have been anymore nonresponsive. Requests were never acknowledged until I informed property management I would make the repairs myself and deduct the difference from monthly rent. Only then did I get almost an immediate response in reference to repair requests that were submitted days earlier. After reading the many online complaints filed against this company and their business practices it appears I’m not their first victim or do I believe I’ll be the last

Provided by YP.comDon't use CB D'Ann Harper to sell your house!!!! I met with an agent to sell my home because they were supposed to be the "expert in the neighborhood" They convinced me to list my house at a higher price than I should have. What I know now is that they are about 8 months behind the market trend. At the time, I didn't know and I trusted Coldwell Banker because they have a team of people who research things all day long. Over the course of the last 6 months the agent has asked me to lower my price again and again. He has suggested doing things that I have already thought about and were not feasible suggesting work to be done that would cost thousands of dollars. The house probably would have sold in the first 2 weeks if she had gotten the price right the first time. Also CB considers putting an ad on the TV station as advertising. Having the ad once or twice in a 6 month period and having a listing on their website are the only things that they do to get your house sold. A sign in the yard streaked and blurred by the rain on the day of the open house does not cut it with me. As far as Coldwell banker goes, I have tried twice now to get out of my contract. A task that should have been very easy, especially since I have decided to wait to sell it. It has been about 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. My agent makes lame excuses why she can't get a hold of them. I talked to two different managers and they too have given me the run around. At this point I wouldn't trust anyone from the office to sell my house considering the lack of communication that goes on there.
