Karen Seal has represented my child for the past few years. My child has special needs and is enrolled in North East ISD. I felt like my concerns were being ignored by the school and that the services provided were inadequate. Once Ms. Seal got involved, the school began to pay attention. My child is doing better in school and she is getting the services she needs.
