Do NOT move into these apartments. They are slumlords. We have been fighting them on a bedbug issue for MONTHS now. They told us it is OUR responsibility to pay for the bedbugs even though our lease says that they are responsible for ALL pest control. We found a place to move to and the day they get called that we are looking for a new apartment, they file for us to be out within 24 hours. Which is impossible. They are trying to get us out for staying passed our lease, but they have gladly taken our rent for the last couple of months and we even reminded them in January that our lease was coming to an end. We went in to pay the rent and no word was mentioned about our lease in the last several months. They never answer the phone when you call and it takes forever to get things fixed. We are having to get rid of all of our furniture thanks to them and their bedbug issue.
