TERRIBLE!!!

Horrible service to begin with. We waited 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken. My husband finally walked up to the bar to ask for help. We were abhorred that the manager looked annoyed at the mere fact that we even asked! Our table was finally wiped down after we asked for it to be and the groos table rag was left behind and joined us for dinner! We got our order taken when the waiter decided to let us know that they got a "sudden rush" ...uh, hello it's Friday night ??? We finally got our pizza, (tasted a lot like SAMs pizza only I think SAMs tastes a little better) ......it was even more disappointing to learn that the original person that we had asked for help from (the one that looked really annoyed) was the owner!! We put it together when the only time this guy offered any customer service or even smiled was when a prominent political personal walked in and he lit up and went to sit down with him. The waiter later confirmed this fact. How terrible for the actual owner to be there and allow this terrible experience....especially his own treatment towards us! Not only was he rude but his body language throughout the time that we were there clearly told us as customers that something had unraveled. I am a business owner and although reality is that things constantly unravel (that is why I'm personally always on site at my business) we should never let the customer know. Superficially we should appear to "have it together" . This guy didn't!! He NEVER said "hello" never asked us how things were...but selectively smiled and sat with that prominent city political person previously mentioned. This was our second try with this pizza place. We live in the neighborhood and had a similar experience the first time we were there too. They were recently open and we understood so thought we give them another shot. NEVER AGAIN, DRAMA CITY, OVER PRICED, NOT TOO GOOD PIZZA, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! We won't be back!

Absolutely the BEST wings in San Antonio hands down! This place has not only delicious food all around but it has life and is a great hangout joint.

Great pizza and pasta probably some of the best I have had!

Overpriced and not all that. My family and I went during their first two weeks of being open and at that point they still had lots of kinks to work out. Salad was about the only good part, pizza not impressive. Haven't been back maybe someday we will give them another try. Have to credit the owners on the fabulous job they did to the place and neighborhood.
