Went into Denny's tonight and I am so incredibly disgusted with the service I'm up writing a review. We got sat right away and the host, who was friendly, got us our drinks. Our server named SANDRA stopped by a few minutes after and said she would be right with us. Which was fine, we understood she was busy. Well, she didn't come back. Finally about 15 minutes later the manager, Delia, came by and asked if she could take our order. Duh. We ordered and our server came back (FINALLY) when she brought our food about 20 minutes later which is average. BUT the restaurant was not very busy. After she dropped off the food, she never spoke to us again. Her and the manager both walked right past us and never offered refills, never asked how everything was, and just stared when they passed by without a single word. We waited another 20 minutes for a check that never came. I finally stood up and went to the computer to get our check. Conveniently when I asked for a survey the manager said they didn't have one. She apologized for the service but was not very remorseful. She had us pay the full amount and didn't say they'd fix it next time and didn't act as a manager would. When I called right after to ask about the names of both her and her GM, she asked what exactly the problem was like she had no clue what they ever did wrong. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS DENNYS.
