Dr. McMains is a decent doctor but her front office and staff are what nightmares are made of! They filed our insurance claim incorrectly and I am being billed almost $900 for lab services that is covered if coded as part of a check up (which it was). They refuse to correct the claim even though they have said they would. Still trying to get it corrected. The lab said a simple phone call would do. Can't even get this from them.
