Staff was rude from the second we walked in. Then after we purchased my glasses, I never received a phone call from them. I called them finally to check up on them and their response was "well that's why you should've given us your number"...HELLO, what is all the paper work I fill out for and why put my number if you're not going to use it! The Dr. was quite rude herself and the whole time we were there she was hugging up on her daughter do that at home!

I am so happy with my glasses and my contacts.

It took a couple of trial pairs to get the right fit for me. She took the time to explain to me how the fit is important so that I am comfortable wearing them. I would recommend her office to family and friends.
