Michael Farris showed professionalism and maturity when he took the initiative to tell me he accidently over processed my hair. Then he blew it two days later when he tried to CHARGE ME to repair the damage. When his review reflected a less than perfect score he sunk to insulting tantrums, not just against me; but also my family! (Hair by Michael Farris – Google Reviews) Anyone can be professional when things are going well. It's how they act when things go wrong that show their character. His rebuttal showed four things: THIS is the level of his professionalism. THIS is the limit of his maturity. And THIS is the reflection he chooses to project with the businesses he works for. But most importantly, THIS is how he will react to his customers when his ego doesn’t receive an “attaboy” #Entitled

Ask for Erica if you go...she's not like the other stylist out there that think they know what's best for you. Tell her what you're looking for, and she'll perfect it! I'm going back every month now (and this is coming from someone who only cut their hair about once/twice a year!)
