El Colegio Bar is a commemoration to the St. Mary’s School of law that first occupied the space in 1934. While not a speakeasy per se, the bar pays tribute to cocktails prepared in the early 1930s showcasing upwards of 75 premium spirits, craft beers and wines produced in the great state of Texas and in many cases as close as a few miles from the bar.
