The folks at Enterprise were friendly and professional. The pick up and drop off service was so much nicer than taking a taxi and I didn't have to inconvenience family or friends. I will be back.

Alexandria Barron Treviño can be described in one word... OUTSTANDING!!!





She was so helpful in my time of need. We suffered a perilous hailstorm and the rental, that I already had, was torn to shreds and there was plenty of rain still to come. I was very concerned as to how I was going to do it with the rear window busted out and the rear passenger window out also.





I am a single-father of 2 small children and their comfort is my main concern. Now, Alexandria didn't know this. It's not like I walk around with a sign that says, "I'm a single father of 2 small children". She was sensitive to the fact of what the rental I had looked like. She gave me guidance and put me in another vehicle.





She was such a sweet lady and courteous. Enterprise do an awesome job by hiring her. Enterprise should promote her to train others in customer service. Thank you, Alexandria for being awesome!
