I would not recommend this Express Lube for military or people with out-of-state plates. I took my truck to get the State inspection sticker at this Express Lube but was never offered the proper form for out-of-state tags, so when I went to get my truck registered in Texas b/c my tags had expired, I could not b/c apparently I was not given the proper paperwork @ Express Lube. I was fuming, so I called the Express Lube and asked the gentlemen why I was not given the proper paperwork, he stated that mechanics are suppose too. He also stated that since military personnel with out-of-state plates aren't here for long they just don't offer it to them. I asked him what he could do to help me and he stated that I had to bring the truck in for the proper paperwork. I told him that I could not drive my truck with expired tags on or off a military installation. His respond to that was, "You can drive it off the post but you just won't be able to get back on to the installation. I told him I live on the military installation. His answer to my problem was to drive my truck with expired tags to get the proper forms.
