Marriott Fairfield Inn San Antonio

I stayed at the San Antonio Fairfield Inn. The room (non-smoking) had a bad smell especially if I turned on the light in the bathroom which automatically ran a fan with a bad odor. I had Pantene products on the first night and Breck on subsequent nights. This hotel did not seem like a Marriott property but a cheaper property. The very small bath towels were scratchy and there is not enough bedding-only a thin comforter and a thin blanket. I would not reccomend this hotel.

Horrible Customer Service

My loan counselor was rude and not helpful at all. She made it seem as if we were a bother. They took forever to get back to us, gave us the run around and treated us as if we were not that important. When I purchased my first house a few years ago, through DHI Mortgage, they were wonderful, helpful and explained everything in detail. Here the woman accused us of lying and was just plain rude!!
