Outrageous service and outrageous prices! After 5 years with this guy, I got a letter saying insurance would be dropped due to underwriting issues. No explanation of any kind. When I called, he refused to give a reason. After finding a new insurer, I was charged HALF what I had been paying to Ben for 5 years. I would NEVER use him OR Farmer's ever again!!! Contemplating a state insurance commission complaint.
