It's thursday June 20th and the spurrs had just lost, so me and a friend decide to go to fast eddies for the rest of the night. I and my friend freqent this spot on a regular bases and we had never been checked for ID, but on this particular night they were checking id's.Unfortuanally, this night I had choosen to wear gym shorts without any pockets, so I lef my id at home'I understand checkig id's and i'm all for it, but checking id's some of the time does'nt make since. What if on one of the nights that they don't check id's; they get caught.? They should check id's all of the time not just when they feel like it.What is the purpose of checking id's? Are they checking for someone who's under age. That's the only logically reason. I'm in my late 40's and look it, could'nt they have let me in, any one could see I was over 21, 30, and yes even 40.I had asked to speak to the manager and young woman who was checking id's; left to get the manger. I stood at the door waiting till they got back. A young girl had come into fast eddies while I was standing there and I told her that she would have to wait because they were checking id's, She must have misunderstood me because she handed me her id and before I correct the issue, the manager came over and accused me of checking her id, which is a no, no and I knew that. anyway I did'nt get in and I won't go back.
