Provided by YP.comWell on March 1.2019 my son keep in mind first time buyer young age hard working young man got a used vehicle well the next day sat. lights keep showing up on the dash i his mother have taken this vehicle in several times and nothing has been done i am very disappointed & shock that this big well known dealership does not want to help it breaks my heart to see my son get ripped off like that also everyones first purchase of a vehicle should most defineitly be a awesome expericence but not this one it hasnt even been a month and continued problems on this car !!!!--HeartbrokenMadd Mother --Linda Asevedo

Provided by YP.comThank You for a great experience. Jimmie Sanchez was my sales consultant, and he made my new car purchase very pleasant. I felt like he was working for me and had my best interest in mind the whole way. I left with a great vehicle and a better deal then I anticipated. I initially was going to go to another dealer, but my gut told me to go to Fernandez Honda. I am glad I listened.

Provided by YP.comI spent $700 for a recommended repair based on an overheating problem. Ploblem not resolved and I was told I needed to spend another $500 to actually have it repaired. I would not recommend them to anyone. I requested the dealership repair the second time at not cost to me. They said "No".

Provided by YP.comPlease people...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP. If you value your time, avoid Fernandez Honda. I visited the dealership to utilize the Cash for Clunkers Program and let staff know of this up front. After HOURS of negotiation (this DEALERSHIP refuses wholeheartedly to budge from the MSRP), it wasn't until the very end of this horrific negotiation ordeal that I was informed my vehicle MAY not qualify because the renewal of my registration sticker was 3 days late and therefore the rebate couldn't be applied. The management consisting of David Boswell (Sales Manager) and Adam Clairborn (General Manager) must be incompetent if they truly do not know the details of the wildly popular Govt. program. Buyers, beware of this dealership. I personally will NEVER visit again. I'm normally not negative, but this place really brings out the worst in people. Take care.
