**UPDATE: Manager called back and said that the dead lilies and roses are the batch they have to make arrangements with today and they will not offer a new arrangement or any sort of refund. I asked, "so you will not be doing anything to fix this?"--answer, "No." BUYER BEWARE!
The arrangement I received was over $80, roses and lilies. I felt as though there was a lot of green and baby's breath-so it looked a little store bought rather than from a florist. Also, half of the lilies that were bloomed were already browning and wilted and about half of the roses were already fully bloomed and opened. The vase was nothing very pretty-rather dated looking and appeared to be the same one you could purchase at a local Dollar Store. I would not purchase an arrangement from this florist, and have recommended to my husband not to purchase from here again.
