Extremely rude staff. Nicole is the WORST MANAGER you will ever have the misfortune of meeting. The management team plays favorites and will only do for you if you can return the favor. Fines given to people who follow the patio rules about no boxes, yet countless people have trash all over their respective patios and nothing ever gets done! I have 5 people living in the 1br next to me and no one seems to care. They are loud, and filthy. And the people they seem to want to rent to are very shady and most up to no good. AVOID THIS COMPLEX!

I lived here from 2001-2005. The first year or two was pretty good. The staff was friendly and the prices were fair.



Then a lot of trashy and thug type people started moving in. The place went down hill bad.



When I moved out they tried to stick me for a bunch of repairs of damages and stains they claimed weren't there when I moved in. Lucky for me, I did a THOROUGH inspection when I moved in and I wrote down everything. They weren't very happy when I told them to pull the inspection sheet out of their files and I proved to them they were wrong. HA! That was great!



Avoid if possible.
