I got my Shellac done on my nails on April 3, 2014 and by Sunday my nails were already lifting. The polish job was also very bad. I called them on that Monday to let them know what was happening with my nails and then I went back in on Wednesday April 9 to have the shellac redone. Once again they started lifting and the polish was lumpy and thick. I called and went into the store today (April 14) and advised them that I wanted a refund or a in store credit because the service was very unsatisfactory. They refused to give me either stating that they would only try to fix my nails again. They were very rude and unwilling to provide good customer service.
