The Gamestop at Nacogdoches Village, San Antonio TX, will never see another penny from me again.

I never expected much from this gamestop. It was convenient and I got what I paid for. At the end of that day that is all that I wanted. When I placed my pre-order for Pokemon Sun I was told that I'd receive my pre-order bonus item when I picked up my game. When I picked up my game on Saturday the 19th of November. I was expecting to get my game and my pre-order bonus item. Instead I was told that they were out and to call the Rolling Oaks or Forum Gamestop. I called the Rolling Oaks Mall location and was told that the pre-order item was only available for people that order two games or the double bonus pack.

This Gamestop has failed continuously to meet the most basic of standards and I WILL make sure EVERYONE knows that.

This gamestop is always full of the newest games and i always get the help i need.

When I go to this Gamstop, I get all the help that I need.
