Ten minutes before our scheduled appointment at my house, Sandy Garcia called to say there was something in her tire, and she needed to get to a tire shop. She said she'd call back to reschedule. That was a week ago and I never got a call back. My issue isn't that she couldn't make it to the appointment. My issue is that she didn't have enough courtesy and professionalism to call me back promptly. That is completely unacceptable and speaks to the kind of business they're running.

GARCIA'S FENCING WORKED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HAD THE JOB DONE IN 6 HOURS. SANDY & MONICA WERE EXCELLENT IN GETTING BIDS TO US, THEY ALWAYS FOLLOWED UP W/ PHONE CALLS. WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER W/ THE FINISHED RESULT. SOME OF OUR NEIGHBORS WERE IMPRESSED W/ THEIR WORK & EVEN ASKED US FOR THEIR PHONE NUMBER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. THANK YOU GARCIA FENCING.

We were promised one price and the final price was three thousand more than the starting price. We were out of town when our neighbor convinced Garcia Fencing to place the fence 22 feet into our property line- even though it was incorrect. We paid for the entire fence. They placed the fence in the improper area- hence hindering two of our trees and breaking three of our sprinklers. We have been calling them - so that they can come back and fix the mess they made and they have not returned our calls. They also forgot to put a cap on one of the posts and did a lowsy job of not following the property line drawings. If you are considering using them - run as fast as you can away from these people. They are cheats and they will claim that they are a real fence company when in actuality they will run away with your money, put in a product from China, and call it wrought iron - when in fact it is not. I do not recommend these people at all. Their service is horrible, their product is horrible, and so is their workmanship.
