These guys are really great! I called them because my Air Conditioning was broken in our San Antonio home and they were able to fix it within an hour. Its so hot right now that I felt like I was gonna die! From the very start everyone was helpful and answered our questions. I will use them again for sure if I need to.

We called 2 other AC repair companies in San Antonio and everyone just wanted to set the appointment and not answer any of my questions. All Star Heating and AC was very nice and helpful over the phone and quoted me a basic estimate which is all I wanted. Obviously I knew it was not going to be exact but I just wanted to know approx how much the AC repair would be. Lonny came to our business in San Antonio and was very nice and helpful. He was respectful and the estimate was very close to the phone estimate. They seem like a family business which I like. Our air conditioning works perfectly now and our experience was great. We would hire them again but hopefully our air conditioning won't break anytime soon. LOL.

Our Ac stopped cooling at around 8:00 pm. Called around looking for an Ac company to come and repair our unit. After a few attempts AIR STAR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING answered the phone. They sent out a tech ASAP he arrive with in 40 minutes from my phone call. Looked at the system and gave a few options to get us cooling again. We accepted option #1. It included the repairs and a major cleaning. He was done in a timely matter and explained what he was doing every step of the way. We were back to cooling at 9:45 or so! Greatly appreciated and will recommend to all friends and family. All Star and Gerald are our air conditioning super hero!����
