A few years ago it was a nice, but unfortunately now management has been coming in and out. There is always new management. They management like day and night, you never know who's still here. Personally the office here lease Bad tenants just to fill units. There are tenants here now that are in housing , paid government vulture and they bringing in unlisted bad people along with them. In my building alone there are drug dealers ,unlisted tenants and unlisted Unleashed dogs. The upstairs neighbors always throwing trash down from their balcony. They are dirty Pampers and dog poop all over the ground. When you report the bad tenants, the office staff unprofessionally leaks out who reported them. I fear for me and my family safety. The office staff don't care about your safety or getting rid of the bad tenants. If the tenant Breaks the Rules the office staff should right them up. If a tenant has 3 write-ups they should automatically be kicked out, But they never do. Nothing is done here ,they'd rather keep the bad tenants and the unemployed unlisted spouses or boyfriends. The unlisted tenants usually men are outside drinking all day leaving their trash, cigarette butts, weed and beer cans all over. I have reported this many times and nothings done. They have a playground here and a pool but both are always dirty. In fact the playground is broken. The apartment grounds and laundromat is always dirty. They rarely throw the trash or mop the floors in the laundromat. There's always unsupervised children running around messing with your car. These apartments became like ghetto housing courts. They might have torn down the courts housing all over town but it seems like these apartments became the replacement. Thank the Lord I'm moving soon.

Under new management that cares. Other reviews are from a long time ago. Staff said not many apartments available. Definitely check it out!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! STAFF are unprofessional. They violate your privacy by not sending notice and feel they have a right for surprise inspection without your consent. WHAT!?! Surprise inspection and we are not in housing or live in the (The projects a.c.a courts. They DO NOT do there work orders. If you go by in person and request them they said they misplace written request and aren't done. Then You send them E-Mail that they provided and they say you cant send E-Mails for request for repair or Extermination. They don't care that people work for a living and cant always make it to the office for request on orders to tenants apt.They are very unprofessional. I even had the Manager say in my face that the owners don’t have to follow any Texas Apartment Association rules or Texas property codes. They have roach problems, Tenant that don’t care and are dirty. Tenant with pets leave pet poop on the grass and they don’t pick it up. It makes the apartment smell. Tenants have their ...

I've been here afew more months. I am so unhappy here. The office just don't care to clean up these apartments. I found out that my next door Neighbor abandon the apartment and left it Infested with roaches i was never told By the office .The exterminated had to bombed it a few times times. We as Residence should have been told so we can have a choice to have the exterminator bomb our apartment too before they spred to our homes. I had apartment should of been Exterminate a few times .I still have roaches!!! It is so embarrassing to have anyone over because the are crawling every where!!!! DO NOT move HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could move!!! :(. I don't have the money right now. When I do I would have to bomb it so I don't bring those discusting roaches in my furniture to my new place.

All the reviews are right if I would've read the reviews before, I would have never moved in here . I've only been here three months. I would have never told this was a Section 8 apts. I swear I feel like I'm living in the courts. There are so many Unsupervised children everywhere they hang out in gangs. I have told the office about the unSupervise children that are just causing problems around the apts just loadering. I'll been told from neighbors that these kids they throw rocks at the cars. Is is ashame that we have people that just don't care. Theses apt are very pretty and are very roomy. I don't feel safe i leave my apt without anyone seeing me because I'm afraid they will break in. I have never seen security here. They need to be Strick and be more organize and get the bad people out of here that break the rules. There are roaches here. I have reported to the office. They sent an Exterminator but it seemed he was just spraying water because they still haven't died and I am a very clean person. I am not going to renew. DON'T MOVE HERE!!! As for me I'm stuck until the lease is over. I just HOPE that the owners get a Professional Manager who will take care of these problems and make it a better place to live. There are people who are very dirty. There porch looks like they are having a yard sale or a storage of just junk.
