While calling for the first time, the reps answered with a "hello" was transferred and again they answered with another "hello". They do not have any phone ethics, and on top of that, when I told them why they don't answer correctly so we know where we are calling they sarcastically told me: "have a nice day" then hung up. I WONDER IF THE DOCTORS ARE AWARE OF THEIR RUDENESS.
