Bad Experience

I took my car here two days ago for an oil change. The man at the desk was very polite. As he was handing back my keys, he asked me why my car doesn't like going in reverse. I told him that my car had no problems going in reverse. He said that the man who changed my oil said that I was low on transmission fluid and he has added some in addition to changing my oil. As soon as I got in the car, I knew something was wrong. It did not want to go backward or forward. My four year old and I were being thrown about because of all of the stalling and jerking in traffic. I knew it was not safe to drive (in part because of the burning smell) and quickly got home. Fortunately, I live near there. The next morning I had to take off from work because as I was taking my daughter to school...the car's check engine light came on, it stalled in neutral and just began revving only three houses down from my house. Yup. My 4 year old daughter asked me if they gave me back the wrong car. So I walked to my regular mechanic's house (after walking my daughter to school). When he got to my house, he checked out the car....problem?...They had drained all of my transmission fluid and added extra oil. It was over double full. I called and complained, but after reading the comment from two years ago, I'm doubting that anything will happen to the man who changes the oil.
