Thieves

These guys will take your money. Be very careful when dealing with them. I paid fees and no money showed up at closing. I lot EM, Option, Appraisal, Inspection, etc. Total loss over $8,000. You have been warned.

In response to "Caliinvestor": I am not sure how you can say GCMAC took you for over 8k when the only fee we require upfront is about $250 for a real estate broker's opinion of value. We do NOT require an appraisal and any inspection fee required is collected at closing. No points are collected upfront. Our loans approvals are strictly based on equity and clean/clear title. If your loan was turned down it was due to one of those conditions. Feel free to contact us to discuss.
