Here's a business built on walk in customers, but nowadays, a walk in customer will sit and wait forever as online appts walk in and go straight to the chair. They seemingly don't have to stop and waste time divulging phone number and such. My last 2 visits, I left. I'm not saying stop online appts, what I'm saying is, IF you're going to have online appts, HAVE enough people to handle WALK in customers and someone to handle ONLINE stuff. I will NEVER go back to Great Clips. NEVER
