well for the last 4 years we hadn't been there because of the attitude the employees have.so in december of 09 we started going back because of the improvement on the restaurant.we live across town but didnt mind the drive because the food was good but the employees still had attitude( i guess thats their trademark)well last night did it messed up our order then when we corrected it they got upset which provided more attitude.so we overlooked it and just ate didnt wanna waste the drive.so this morning we called cuz the manager said we could and the owner would be there today.no owner instead we spoke with someone named grandma?? hmmmm well we explained to her the problem told her we ate there,well she asked if we still had the burgers and what did we want her to do?? HELLO!!!! we ate there.omg instead of improving the look improve the employees attitude and manners.

I have been going here for years, but lately they are filling up with flies.



When I mention it to the staff, they just argue. I have reported them to the San Antonio health department.



They have the best burgers but, I am NOT going here any more.

I love eating at Griff's. The employees are always nice, and the food is really tasty. This is one of my favorite places to eat at.
