we are a custom home builder. we submitted the contract to guild mortgage in February; and this is now the first of June with no end in sight !!! we have to call them to get updates after going weeks not hearing nothing. We finally got to the point we told the customer they will have to find a new builder or a new lender.

we work with a lot of lenders, and this probably one of the worse.

very disappointed to say the least
